Allianz Global Assistance wished to communicate to its customers the benefits of a 24-hour Operations Centre wherever they may be. Put in those words, it may not seem very interesting.
And so we launched, on LA5, a TV format where 4 groups of tourists travel with 4 camper vans and 4 different destinations: Japan, Vietnam, United States, and Brazil. This initiative also casts employees from the Operations Centre in the shoot. To make it clear what it really means to “be there” when the unexpected happens.
